She is a nationally-recognized speaker on inbound marketing and social media. She enjoys world travel, snowshoeing, organic gardening and spending time with her husband, Don, and two daughters.

After earning a degree in Art, with minors in Photography and Film, at Hiram College in Ohio, Don co-founded a television production company in Concord, New Hampshire. For 10 years, he was involved in television production, script writing and marketing campaign planning.
In 1989, he joined Lorraine at Cline Design as production and technical manager. With vast experience in traditional and digital pre-press, Don is in charge of file preparation and all things technical at Cline Design.
Don also restores stained glass windows for churches, municipal and private clients.
Don is president of New Hampshire Pipes & Drums and is a band and solo piping competitor. Don loves nordic skiing and cycling, as well as living in rural New Hampshire with Lorraine and their family.

Brianna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design Communications and Public Relations from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island in 2018.
During her time in Rhode Island, Brianna was highly involved both academically and through extracurriculars. She was a dedicated member of the Presidential Ambassadors program, a resident assistant for two years, and a student orientation coordinator. Through her studies, Brianna worked with various organizations and marketing agencies. From being a team leader in creating a centennial campaign for the Rhode Island Red Cross to designing collateral for various marathons at Gray Matter Marketing.
Now that she has returned to her home state, Brianna enjoys hiking the 4,000-foot mountains, spending weekends at the lake, and taking spin classes.
Tia is a sophomore undergraduate student at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire. She is currently pursuing a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
In addition to her studies, Tia is very involved in the UNH Phonaton program. The Phonathon works to raise private support funds for the university through phone calls with alumni, parents, and friends. Tia was recently promoted to the Student Leader Position for all the hard work she does with this organization!
In high school, Tia served as a two-time association officer for New Hampshire DECA. Competing in the Marketing category, Tia qualified for Internationals three years in a row. DECA gave Tia the opportunity to meet two New Hampshire governors – Maggie Hassan and Chris Sununu.
In her free time, Tia enjoys helping at her mother’s café, spending time at the lake, and hanging out with friends.
